At Design Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or use our order lookup tool to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original designer packaging and protective materials to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture or decor, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
